Your new home is enrolled in an extended warranty program that provides major structural defect coverage for years two through ten.

When you build with Brison Developments you also receive a Prestige Home Owner's Manual designed to answer many questions and prepare you for your new home experience. In addition to guiding you through the process of how your home is built, this manual will also provide you with a description of our warranty program component by component, our performance standards and maintenance guidelines.
