Turnkey Packages for Sale

Included in the package is complete setup on the lot (water, sewer, electrical, skirting), with a 5'x8' deck on the front and a 10'x 16' deck on the rear. Eavestroughes and down spouts will be installed on the front and rear of the home.

The lot will be fully landscaped with a paved driveway and walkway to the front of the home. Appliance and shed packages are available.
